Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz bourbon whisky
  • 0.75 oz amaretto
  • 1.5 oz Del Monte ON ICE Strawberry and Dragon Fruit
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz egg
  • 2 graham crackers
  • Lemon zest

Directions

  1. Prepare your empty glass with graham cracker powder, moistening the rim of your glass with a squeeze of lemon juice to help the powder adhere to the glass.

  2. Vigorously mix all liquids in a shaker full of ice.

  3. Pour the drink into your glass, making sure it lands on the fresh ice. Use the filter to facilitate the transfer.

  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
