Dragon Sour

Ingredients

0.75 oz bourbon whisky
0.75 oz amaretto
1.5 oz Del Monte ON ICE Strawberry and Dragon Fruit
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz egg
2 graham crackers
Lemon zest

Directions

Prepare your empty glass with graham cracker powder, moistening the rim of your glass with a squeeze of lemon juice to help the powder adhere to the glass.
Vigorously mix all liquids in a shaker full of ice.
Pour the drink into your glass, making sure it lands on the fresh ice. Use the filter to facilitate the transfer.
Garnish with lemon zest.
