Peach sour
Ingredients
- 0.75 oz American whisky
- 0.75 oz amaretto
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz Del Monte Peach Nectar
- One egg white
Directions

In a shaker filled with ice, pour all ingredients and mix vigorously.

Pour the liquid only into your glass without ice.

Add a few drops of Angostura Bitter, which will reveal intense aromas and flavours of herbs, cloves, citrus and spices.

Garnish with a few mint leaves.
