Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Curaçao Bleu
  • 1 oz gin
  • 2 oz Del Monte ON ICE Tropical
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker and mix vigorously.

  2. Pour over new ice in an old-fashioned glass.

  3. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a slice of dehydrated lemon.

Mixologist's tip

If you want to enhance your drink, before pouring in your mixture, moisten the rim of your glass with a dash of honey and stick on some sweet, toasted coconut flakes.
