Blue Coconut Kiss

Ingredients

0.75 oz Curaçao Bleu
1 oz gin
2 oz Del Monte ON ICE Tropical
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Ice

Directions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker and mix vigorously.
Pour over new ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a slice of dehydrated lemon.

Mixologist's tip

If you want to enhance your drink, before pouring in your mixture, moisten the rim of your glass with a dash of honey and stick on some sweet, toasted coconut flakes.
