Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Amarula liqueur
  • 0.75 oz vodka
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 oz Del Monte Pear Nectar
  • 85% cocoa chocolate flakes (or cocoa powder)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.

  2. Mix vigorously with ice and pour into a chilled martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a thin slice of pear and a sprinkling of chocolate flakes.
