Choco Pear Martini

Ingredients

0.75 oz Amarula liqueur
0.75 oz vodka
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 oz Del Monte Pear Nectar
85% cocoa chocolate flakes (or cocoa powder)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker.
Mix vigorously with ice and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of pear and a sprinkling of chocolate flakes.
